The story about the top hat man

The story of the tall man with a top hat dates back to the late 1870s. Living in Paddington, London, and known as William Allfort, he was a wealthy man with a wife and two children. Everything seemed perfect. But one night, he killed his entire family and hanged himself in the attic. Police reports stated they had never seen such a bloody scene before.

Since then, the man with the top hat has been mysteriously sighted numerous times after his death. Deaths connected to a similar silhouette have been reported over the past 100 years, with the latest occurring in 2023. No victim he targets has ever survived once they've come into his focus.
